1. What We Sell

Through the Site we sell the following:

Digital products. Recorded guided hypnotic journeys, workbooks, and other downloadable materials. These are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately after purchase. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Live sessions. Individual hypnotherapy and inner-world work sessions delivered in person in Miami, Florida or online via video call. Booked through a separate scheduling page.

Clarity calls and discovery calls. Short consultation calls, generally free of charge, used to determine whether a live session is the right fit. Booked through a scheduling tool.

Each product or service is described in detail on its own page, including price and what is included.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in United States dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time, but we will honor the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card information.

Sales tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction. We are not currently registered to collect sales tax in jurisdictions that require it on digital products. Where required, you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

3. Refunds

Digital products: 30-day refund. If you go through the work honestly and it has not moved anything in you, email us within thirty days of purchase and we will refund every dollar. There is no form to fill out and there are no questions to answer.

Live sessions: because live sessions require dedicated, scheduled time, refunds for live sessions are handled case by case. If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please give us at least forty-eight hours notice. We will not charge for honest scheduling conflicts.

To request a refund, email us at innergeniushypnosis@gmail.com. Include the order email address you used at purchase. We process refunds within seven business days of approval.

4. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

This is important. Please read it.

The products and services we sell are educational and experiential. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or counseling. They are not a substitute for any of those things.

Do not buy or use our products or services if any of the following apply to you:

• — You are currently in a mental-health crisis.
• — You have a history of psychiatric hospitalization, manic episodes, psychotic episodes, or severe dissociation that has not been worked through with qualified professional support.
• — You have been advised by a medical or mental-health professional to avoid hypnotic, trance-based, or depth-psychological work.

If you are in crisis right now, please contact a qualified medical or mental-health professional immediately. In the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available twenty-four hours a day by call or text.

Inner-world work is deep work. It requires steady ground beneath it. We sell what we sell to people who have that ground. If you do not, please get the right support first, and come back when you do. That is not a judgment; it is what the work asks for.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

What people experience varies widely from one individual to the next. Some people experience profound shifts. Others experience quieter changes that unfold gradually. Others find the work meaningful in ways they had not anticipated.

We do not promise specific outcomes, results, life changes, financial gains, or relief from any condition. We promise to deliver the products and services as described and to honor our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All recordings, workbooks, written materials, and other content we provide are protected by copyright and are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

• — Listen to the recordings and use the workbooks as many times as you want, for as long as you want.
• — Save copies for your own personal backup.

You may not:

• — Share the recordings, workbooks, or any other content with other people for free or for profit.
• — Upload our content to file-sharing sites, social media, or any other platform.
• — Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content in any way.
• — Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on our content.
• — Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices.

Unauthorized sharing of our content violates these Terms and may also violate copyright law. If you would like to share what we make with someone, send them to our Site so they can decide for themselves.

7. User Conduct

When you use the Site, when you write to us, when you book or attend a call or a session, we ask the following of you:

• — Be honest about who you are and about your situation.
• — Treat us, and any of our colleagues you may interact with, with basic respect.
• — Do not use the Site or our services to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• — Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site or its security.

If you violate these standards, we reserve the right to cancel your access, refund or not refund at our discretion, and decline future business with you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideathesia LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, the products, or the services, regardless of the legal theory.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, the products, or the services, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideathesia LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or the products or services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, the products, or the services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at innergeniushypnosis@gmail.com to give us a chance to resolve the issue directly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your existing purchases, we will notify you by email if you have given us your email address. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ideathesia LLC concerning your use of the Site, the products, and the services, and supersede any prior agreements.
