Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Ideathesia LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use innergeni.us, releaseyour.innergeni.us, innergeniushypnosis.com, or any related pages (collectively, the “Site”) or purchase products and services offered through them.

We respect your privacy and we have written this policy to be as clear as we can. If anything is unclear or you have questions, contact us at and we will answer.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following kinds of information.

Information you give us directly. When you purchase a product, fill out a form, sign up for a waitlist, or book a call, you give us your first name, last name, email address, and (for purchases) payment information. When you write to us, you give us whatever is in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This information helps us understand how the Site is used and how to improve it.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use the Site, and serve relevant advertisements. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.

Information from third-party services we use to run the business. When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) receives your payment information directly — we do not see or store full payment card details. When you book a call, our scheduling tool (TidyCal) receives your name, email, and meeting preferences. When you sign up for emails, our email service provider (currently SendFox) stores your email address and our communication history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • — Deliver the products and services you purchase, including sending you download links, attached files, and follow-up emails.
  • — Communicate with you about your purchases, send you the post-purchase email sequence you opted into, and respond when you write to us.
  • — Improve the Site, the products, and the services based on how they are actually being used.
  • — Comply with our legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the Site.
  • — With your consent, show you advertisements on social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) and measure their effectiveness.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third Parties We Share Information With

We share your information with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run the business. Each one only receives the information they need to do their job, and each one is bound by their own privacy practices. Here is the current list:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe sees the payment card and billing information needed to process the transaction.
  • Flexifunnels — funnel and page hosting. Flexifunnels processes form submissions and stores certain order data.
  • SendFox — email delivery for the post-purchase sequence and any future broadcast emails.
  • Google (Drive and Workspace) — file delivery for the digital download products, and email service for innergeniushypnosis@gmail.com.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and analytics. We use the Meta Pixel and the Conversion API to measure ad performance and to deliver advertisements to people who may be interested in our work.
  • TidyCal — scheduling for clarity calls and discovery calls.

We may also share information when we are legally required to (in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process), to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

If we ever sell or transfer the business, customer information may be among the assets transferred. We will notify users via email and a notice on the Site before that happens, and you will have an opportunity to opt out of any new uses of your information.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use the following technologies:

  • Essential cookies keep the Site working — for example, by remembering items in your cart or that you are logged in.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) help us show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our work, and measure the effectiveness of those ads.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only some, or be notified before a cookie is set.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We monitor evolving standards in this area and may update our practice in the future.

5. Email Communications

When you purchase a product, you are automatically enrolled in the related post-purchase email sequence, which is part of the product you bought. We treat this as part of the delivery of what you paid for, not as marketing.

If you opt in to other lists separately (such as the Inner Genius Foundations waitlist), we will email you only about that specific topic.

Every email we send you contains an unsubscribe link. Click it any time and we will stop sending you that type of email.

We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to access the information we have about you.
  • The right to correct information that is wrong.
  • The right to delete your information, subject to our legal and operational record-keeping obligations.
  • The right to opt out of certain uses of your information, such as targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at . We will respond within thirty days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

For California residents: California’s Consumer Privacy Act gives you additional rights regarding your personal information. You can read more at oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa. To exercise CCPA-specific rights, email us at the address above with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.

For residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom: the General Data Protection Regulation gives you additional rights. To exercise GDPR-specific rights, email us at the address above. The lawful basis for processing your information is your consent (for marketing emails and analytics) and the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you (for purchase delivery).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site, encrypted payment processing through Stripe, and restricted access to systems containing customer data.

No method of internet transmission is one hundred percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take security seriously and address vulnerabilities promptly when they are identified.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our products and Site are intended for adults eighteen years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under thirteen, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices evolve. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email if you have given us your email address. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
